The Following is a
Bare-bones Template from a Private Citizen Emergency Response Aid Group
called The
Independant State Vanguards of the United States (TISVOTUS; more about themhere).
Founded by a person known only as 'TISVOTUS' on http://www.survivalfiles.info,
this organization seemingly came out of nowhere.
Each Vanguard consists as an autonomous,
independant group of 25 individuals (or less) aiming to aid during
emergencies. The Charter below outlines a common-sense
organizational approach to rapid-response during the Critical times in
an Emergency/Disaster Situation. Similar to the Red Cross
or Salvation Army, but with a very strong, Mobilized and Localized
Security element so as to not allow another New Orleans disaster of
lawlessness and chaos.
